What ingredients are in your products?
Glad you asked! We want Squatch Nation to be educated on the ingredients that are in our personal hygiene products so we have made an ingredient glossary just for this reason. If you go to the footer of our website, you can find the glossary which details all the natural ingredients you can find in your beloved Dr. Squatch products!
Our ingredient glossary is here to help you understand how Dr. Squatch products help take your hygiene game to the next level. The glossary describes all of the finest ingredients nature has to offer and tells you all about which ingredients are in specific products, as well as information about their purposes and/or any benefits they may serve.

Are your ingredients organic?
Although we are not certified organic, we strive to source many of our essential oils from organic ingredients. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to shoot us an email at support@drsquatch.com or fill out our contact form here!
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. None of our soaps are made from tallow or any other animal fats. All other oils in our products are plant-based oils.
However, our Deep Sea Goat's Milk bar, Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt bar, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Deodorant contain animal byproducts for that extra oomph when you're looking for something that's even more nourishing and moisturizing.

How long does a bar of soap last?
Our soaps last 2-3 weeks on average with daily use. The longevity differs between households based on a variety of factors — the amount of lather, the amount of body hair, the frequency of use, and the water type. If you're looking to extend the life of your soap, we recommend the following three methods:
It's best to store your soap in a place that will allow it to dry out between uses — we recommend using a Dr. Squatch Soap Saver or Soap Gripper, which can usually double the life of our bars.
After showering, give your bar a little shake before storing it away on the Soap Saver, removing any excess water droplets.
Use a loofah or shower cloth to create your soap lather, rather than using the bar directly under constant running water. If you don't have a loofah, a cheap alternative is to use your man beard or any other body hair. A true Sasquatch may find that this might be the best way to lather up.
Are your bars hypoallergenic?
While our bars are not formulated to be hypoallergenic, we've had many customers with sensitive skin report positive results when using our soap!
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend checking out the Deep Sea Goat’s Milk, Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt, or Cool Fresh Aloe bars.
What ingredients are in your products?
Great question! While our soaps are not formulated to be antibacterial, research shows that normal soap (like our cold-processed, all-natural soap) is as effective as antibacterial soap in preventing infectious illness and keeping good hygiene.
Most soaps that are branded as antibacterial contain triclosan, an ingredient found in a variety of body soaps, cleaning products, and toothpastes. Triclosan is thought to be a likely contributor to the development of antibacterial and antibiotic resistance, as well as damaging to the environment!
If you’re looking to stay clean, stick with normal soap!
Can I use the soap bars on my hair and face?
Our soap ingredients are natural and safe for skin and hair. All of our bars can be used on the face however, we recommend using a zero grit bar when applying to the face. While our bars are not formulated or guaranteed to fight against acne, assist psoriasis, or relieve eczema, some of our members have reported positive results. Check out our favorite bars for daily use here.
Although our bars can be used on hair and face, we also offer hair care products that are specially formulated to provide a variety of benefits specifically for one's hair and scalp. Check out our hair care products here.
Do you test your products on animals?
Only the interns in our office — no animals (or squatches), though! Here at Dr. Squatch, while we are not certified cruelty-free, we love our furry friends and would never test any of our products on them.
Where are your products made?
