FAQ'S

What does the Roller do?

The Roller allows you to move your Mainstay or Haven as a single unit, transforming it into a mobile playground without taking anything apart.

Is this a storage accessory or a mobility system?

It’s a mobility system. The Roller is designed for frequent movement, not just for storage or occasional transportation.

Does this make the Bijou foldable or collapsible?

The Roller supports Bijou’s modular design by making it easy to relocate and reposition. While the Mainstay itself does not collapse, the system functions as a collapsible playhouse solution in real-world use by allowing for fast setup, movement, and space recovery. It can be set up within hours, whereas the standard backyard play structure takes days.

Can the Roller traverse over uneven terrain?

Yes. The large rubberized wheels are designed to travel on grass, gravel, and other common outdoor surfaces.

Is this compatible with other play structures?

The Bijou Roller is specifically engineered for Bijou products to ensure safety, balance, and proper fit.
