What makes Bijou swing sets different from traditional wooden swing sets?
The frame. Traditional A-frame swing sets rely on bolted lumber that warps, splinters, and eventually needs to be replaced. Bijou’s wood is designed to hold up through years of outdoor use without the maintenance. And unlike a wooden set, the whole thing collapses flat.
Are Bijou swings safe for adults?
Yes. Every Bijou swing (the Sway, the Hover, the Kubix, and the Skate Swing) is rated to support adult weight. The Mainstay frame is engineered for it. See full weight and age guidance.
What’s the best Bijou swing set for a small backyard?
The Mainstay and Sway is the most compact full swing setup Bijou makes, and because the Mainstay collapses flat, it’s also the most versatile for yards that need to multitask. Small space guide here.
Can I add more swings later?
Yes. Add a Sway Expander Bar for a second swing point, or attach additional swings directly to the existing arm. Every Bijou accessory is designed to grow with your setup.
Can I add climbing to my swing set?
